Uploading your music is easy! Simply create an artist account, go to your dashboard, and click on "Upload Music". Follow the step-by-step process to add your tracks, album art, and metadata. Once submitted, our team will review your content and it will typically go live within 24-48 hours.
Joining Orange Room Music as an artist is completely free! We don't charge any setup fees or monthly subscriptions. We only make money when you do, taking a 15% commission on your revenue. This means you keep 85% of all earnings from streams and downloads.
Royalties are calculated based on streams and downloads of your music. We pay artists monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. Payments are processed within 30 days after the end of each month. You can view detailed earnings reports in your artist dashboard.
Yes, you can upload cover songs and remixes, but you must have the proper licenses. For cover songs, you'll need a mechanical license. For remixes, you need permission from the original copyright holder. Orange Room Music is not responsible for ensuring you have the proper licenses.
We provide several tools to help you promote your music: share links to your tracks on social media, create artist playlists, engage with fans through comments, and use our promotional features. We also regularly feature emerging artists on our homepage and social media channels.
