If you have prepaid fees for a Paid Subscription directly to Orange Room Music and we discontinue the service before the end of your prepaid period, we will refund you the unused portion of your current Paid Subscription fees for the remaining prepaid period. To be eligible for a refund, your account and billing information must be up to date. Please note that Orange Room Music is not liable to provide any refund or compensation for internet or other service outages or failures caused by government authorities, third parties, or events beyond our control.
 

3. Your Use of the Orange Room Music Service

Creating a Orange Room Music account You may need to create a Orange Room Music account to use all or part of the Orange Room Music Service. Your username and password are for your personal use only and should be kept confidential.
